Enjoying sex with passion and being able to form good relationships are, for me, the true treasures of human nature. In fact, I believe there is no cheaper, more environmentally friendly and therefore truly sustainable way to experience happiness.
However, there are numerous stumbling blocks that can make it difficult to access these sources of human happiness. As a counsellor, my goal is to work with my clients to identify and overcome these highly personal obstacles.
As a result, some learning steps and habits develop into problems and lead to frustration. Sexual problems are often accompanied by insecurity and despair. The body-oriented approach offers concrete solutions for expanding sexual boundaries.
Sex therapy based on the Sexocorporel model is aimed at people of all ages, relationship types and sexual orientations. Basically, sex therapy can initiate a personal learning and development process and then influence both one’s own sexual pleasure and the exchange and communication with partners.
Sex counselling always takes place without touching and with clothes on. The counselling sessions can be supplemented or deepened by physical exercises.

Issues and problems that can be addressed in sex therapy:
I advise couples based on their love life, their questions and their conflicts. My approach here is that problems can be starting points for new developments, especially in the sexual sphere. However, tensions can also be unbearable, especially when old wounds cause repeated unrest. Together, we get to the bottom of these issues.
I mainly work with EFT (Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy), but of course elements of Sexocorporel and systemic couples therapy also flow into my counselling sessions.
Polyamory and open relationships
The classroom, whether mixed-gender or single-sex, is a place that requires great care in order to be effective. I introduce the essential topics in an age-appropriate manner and allow dialogue to flow without forcing it.
My basic approach is to convey to children and young people that sex is something positive and that treating one’s own body with respect is as valuable as it is pleasurable.

I am often described as passionate, motivating, creative and unconventional – as a woman who goes her own way and does not shy away from confrontation.
I was born and raised in Sweden. After spending several years travelling in India and the United Kingdom, I finally settled down in Switzerland thanks to love. The wealth of cultures, lifestyles and views that I was able to gain insight into have had a significant influence on me and made me the open-minded and curious person I am today. As a child, I used to dig for animal bones in the forest, and later I became fascinated by human anatomy and physiology, which then influenced my choice of career. Times of suffering and exposure to the darker sides of life have ultimately brought me closer to the intuitive and empathetic parts of my personality in recent years. As a result, I gained insights that are now indispensable for my work as a therapist.
I do not shy away from any topics, no matter how shameful or taboo they may be. My practice is a safe space where body and mind are treated with kindness and hidden secrets can be brought to light.

I (she/her) live with my husband and our two daughters in Trin (GR). Currently, alongside my self-employment, I work as Co-Program Director of the Master’s degree program and as a lecturer at ISP Zurich. Please feel free to contact me for workshops, training sessions, or lectures.
I am a member of the Swiss Association for Sexology (FSS), the Professional Association for Sexual Health in Counseling and Education, Sexual Health Switzerland, and Polyamory Switzerland.

The word Sexocorporel combines two concepts: sex and body. Sexocorporel stands for a holistic model of sexuality that describes its cognitive as well as its emotional and physical-sensual aspects. The concept, which is based on a body-based therapy method, was developed in the 1970s and 1980s by Professor Jean-Yves Desjardins.
At the heart of the method is the idea that sexual dysfunction and lack of desire can be treated through improved body awareness and targeted movement sequences. However, Sexocorporel is also a tool for anyone who wants to further develop their sexuality. It is a resource-oriented method that builds on existing skills. Find out more about Sexocorporel.
The concept of emotion-focused couples therapy (EFT) was developed by Dr Sue Johnson and Leslie Greenberg in the 1980s and is one of the few forms of couples therapy that has been proven to be effective. With the help of EFT, destructive patterns in a relationship can be more easily identified and changed, which in turn promotes emotional connection in the relationship. For more information, see EFT couples therapy.
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a scientifically grounded therapeutic approach that views the psyche as a system of distinct inner parts. These parts develop primarily in response to stressful or traumatic experiences and take on protective functions.
IFS has proven to be particularly effective in trauma therapy. The approach allows for a mindful and structured engagement with wounded parts without overwhelming the client. The focus is on developing inner safety—a central prerequisite for processing and integrating traumatic experiences.
In my work, I use IFS in a trauma-sensitive, resource-oriented manner and at your own pace. The goal is to promote stability, self-compassion, and inner clarity. Learn more: IFS EUROPE
