IFS Trauma Therapy
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a scientifically grounded therapeutic approach that views the psyche as a system of distinct inner parts. These parts develop primarily in response to stressful or traumatic experiences and take on protective functions.
IFS has proven to be particularly effective in trauma therapy. The approach allows for a mindful and structured engagement with wounded parts without overwhelming the client. The focus is on developing inner safety—a central prerequisite for processing and integrating traumatic experiences.
In my work, I use IFS in a trauma-sensitive, resource-oriented manner and at your own pace. The goal is to promote stability, self-compassion, and inner clarity.
